- Comments: When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public.
- Media Uploads: If you upload images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may be able to download and extract location data from site images.
- Usage Data: Device type, IP address, cookies, and analytics data.
3. Cookies

When you make a deletion request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure account security.
- Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days of confirmation.
- Certain data may be retained if required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. For example, transaction records may be stored as required by financial regulations.
- Once deleted, your account cannot be restored, and you would need to re-register if you wish to use BocaServ again.
